Loving the Fall

Tonight was such a beautiful night outside Zaylee and I decided to go out and enjoy it. It was perfect fall weather and Zaylee had a blast playing with and collecting all of the leaves.

Witches Night Out

Here is me, Kasey, and Barbara (Kasey's friend from church) all dressed up for Witches Night Out at Gardner Village. It was a ton of fun. We met up with Rebecca and Katrina while we were there and went shopping, had a snack at the bakery, and stood around in the cold waiting for our names to get drawn out for the $100 gift cards...it didn't happen but oh well, it was still fun. I didn't take my camera with me but at least we got this one before we left. (Thanks for making my costume for me Steph!)

Sleepy Baby

Okay, so Zaylee has fallen asleep while eating in her high chair before, but never to this extreme!

Even after all of the clean-up process, she was still sound asleep!! So, I picked her up, laid her on my shoulder and sat down on the couch for an early evening naptime break. What a cute little girl. =)

Halloween Costume

Last night we went with the Davis family to their ward Halloween party. It was a ton of fun. Zaylee dressed up as a little bumble bee, Alex was a "Russian spy" and I, well, I didn't dress up so no pictures of me. =)

This final picture has nothing to do with Halloween but I just wanted to include it because Zaylee finally has enough hair to do pigtails! Ain't she just a cute one! =)

Wee Witches Weekend

After we got home from Southern Utah we decided to go with Grandma Gubler, Kasey, Dryden and Emory to Gardner Village for the Wee Wichtes Weekend. Zaylee wasn't feeling well so she spent most of the time chilling out in the stroller. But it was still fun!!

Grandpa's Place

For fall break we decided to take a spur of the moment trip to LaVerkin. It was a blast. One of the days that we were there we went and hung out at Grandma and Grandpa's house. Zaylee had a blast playing outside in Grandpa's garden and barn. I didn't think of getting the camera out until the very end but I did end up with a few cute pictures.

Playing by the peach tree

Picking grandpa's grapes

Sitting on top of the fence by grandpa's barn

I'd like to say that for this final picture Asher was crying because he was sad that we were leaving, but unfortunately, I think it was more because he was sick of all of Zaylee's hugs! She LOVES Asher. Everytime he was around he was being mauled by her.

Just another week

So Kurt told me it's been awhile since I've posted but since nothing too much has been going on I'll just give you a photo update of some of the things we've done over the past week. I didn't get any pictures taken of Amber's b-day party but it was sure fun! If you want to see some photos and haven't already, check out Heather's blog she got some good ones. Also, another forgotten photo opportunity was Zaylee's first hockey game. We went to watch the University of Utah play BYU. BYU kicked the U's butt 13-4. However, the only 4 goals scored by the U were scored by the one and only Brock (one of Alex's friends from his graduate program). So we were happy both ways....BYU won and we were still able to cheer for Brock for his great game. It was a blast to go! Zaylee was totally freaked out when they started blaring the music and both teams came out on the ice for warm-ups but finally by about the end of the 3rd period she decided it wasn't too bad and started running around and banging on the team's glass. Anyway, here are your new photos!

Free Handbag

So I saw this on Amber's blog and thought it was kind of cool so I thought I would let you know about it as well.

It's a website that is giving away one free handbag every hour on the first day that they launch their website (Oct. 15). No credit card required or shipping or handling fees. Pretty cool huh! Their website is http://www.handbagplanet.com.

Check it out!
